TRAINER/INSTRUCTOR

Mackenzie has a background in pole fitness and barbell training. Her personal journey with fitness was a long and bumpy road. Having lived experience with obesity, eating disorders, chronic dieting, and trauma, she has taken an approach to fitness that celebrates what our bodies are capable of instead of what society expects them to be. Mackenzie strives to help others to navigate away from the pressures of diet culture while encouraging movement and balanced nutrition for long term physical and mental wellbeing. She believes that fitness is about building strength, energy, freedom of movement, empowerment, and self-efficacy. When Mackenzie is not at the studio, she enjoys spoiling her dog and collecting many houseplants!
