ALISON BLAIR

TRAINER/INSTRUCTOR

Alison is a passionate advocate for finding strength in both the body and the mind. Fitness and body positivity have been consistently important to her from her experiences in dance, to movement based theatre, to running, to strength training, to working in the fitness industry, and now in her teacher education. Alison has found running to be one of her favourite ways to get fit and zone in to a focused mind. Learning to let go of expectations, push herself and take it easy on her body when necessary are what has kept Alison striving to be the best runner she can be. Through strength training, mindful recovery, the occasional spin class, and other forms of cross training Alison is always looking to improve her running. She is so excited to share her passion and experience with the community at La Femme Strong. Alison is a CanFitPro Personal Trainer Specialist, and POUND Instructor.
