Need we say more? We're getting STRONG! This class uses a variety of strength training methods for a full body workout. This is the class where you will truly test your strength with weights and lifts that are appropriately challenging for you, overseen by a strength coach who will cheer you on the whole time! No experience needed - your coach will work with you to make sure there is an option to challenge you at whatever level you're at!
