Pilates: Burn
This class will make you feel the burn! Using high repetition and acute focus will certainly challenge your core strength. This class has options for all levels, however may be considered at an intermediate due to quick pace and challenging repetition!
Pilates: Circuit
Working off of a strong foundation of the Pilates principles, we will use a circuit format to explore some of the more advanced movements from the repertoire. (Roll over, jack knife and boomerang to name a few!) This class is fun way to bring you a deeper connection to Pilates.
This class is designed for students who have taken several Pilates classes and are familiar with Pilates concepts.
Pilates: Strength
Exactly how it sounds: This class will focus on moves and sequences that build strong core muscles!
Power Pilates
This Pilates class is focused on strength training. We will move quickly through moves and sequences that use weight and bands to intensify each exercise. Let's build strong core muscles while improving balance and stability!
All levels welcome, weights and bands can be used to modify exercises up or down to suit you.
