It’s time to get strong and have fun! This class is a great opportunity to learn classic isolation lifts and explore different muscle groups with the weight that’s right for you! Primarily using bars and dumbbells, our focus is on isolating and strengthening your muscles – to a good beat. Prioritizing lighter weights and higher repetition, this class is a perfect intro to weightlifting if you've never tried before. Each track is designed to focus on a different major muscle group, so your entire body will leave feeling so much stronger!
