PILATES x CIRCUIT

Pilates is a strength workout that emphasizes core strengthening and mindful movement. It is a practice that compliments all aspects of fitness, as it works to strengthen with balance, flexibility, and postural focus! Working off of a strong foundation of the Pilates principles, this circuit-based class is fun way to bring you a deeper connection to Pilates! We recommend that students taking this class are familiar with Pilates.
