KICKBOXING

Let’s hit stuff!!! Come learn Kickboxing and Muay Thai striking techniques in this full-body workout class. By combining pad work and calisthenics, you will build your cardio and muscular strength, all while learning how to punch, kick, and defend yourself! This class is for all levels (we love beginners!) and all equipment is provided. Pad work and exercises can all be adapted based on experience and physical needs.
